This project is a testament to innovation, efficiency, and resilience in renewable energy implementation. The 617 kW solar power system at the AUBMC parking facility was designed to deliver clean energy while maximizing functionality and utility.
The project features a cutting-edge steel structure with an impressive 12-meter span, which was specifically engineered to optimize space and increase the number of vehicles accommodated in the parking area. This unique design highlights a perfect synergy between sustainability and practicality.
Equipped with advanced Jinko Solar 585W bifacial panels, the system ensures superior energy generation by capturing sunlight from both sides of the panels. The installation is powered by six Fronius Tauro 100kW inverters, which provide robust performance and efficiency under varying conditions.
Given the facility’s role as a medical institution, rigid steel conduits were implemented to meet stringent safety and regulatory standards, ensuring the system’s durability and compliance with healthcare facility requirements.
However, executing this project was not without its challenges. The ongoing conflict in Lebanon posed significant difficulties, from logistical disruptions to labor constraints. Despite these obstacles, the team successfully delivered the project, showcasing their commitment to excellence and sustainable energy solutions even in the most demanding circumstances.
This installation serves as a benchmark for innovative solar projects, integrating technical precision, resource optimization, and resilience in adversity.
