With a contract value of USD 1.55 million, this project involves the full implementation of advanced MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems designed to support both the day-to-day operations and long-term sustainability of the institution.

Scope of Work & Installed Systems

MEMO’s scope on this project includes the installation of a wide range of critical systems:

• Electrical infrastructure including lighting, power systems, panel boards, and UPS

• Life safety systems: fire alarm, CCTV, and SMATV

• Earthing and lightning protection

• Water supply and drainage systems

• Full HVAC setup using DX units and VRV systems

• Ventilation and water treatment systems

Each component is being designed and executed to ensure comfort, safety, and energy efficiency across all areas of the facility — from classrooms and labs to administrative and common spaces.

This project goes beyond basic systems. It's about building the backbone of a learning environment that inspires growth, innovation, and well-being. With work currently in progress, MEMO continues to bring its technical precision and on-site excellence to every stage of the build.
