At the intersection of refined hospitality and technical excellence stands the VIP Building at Summerland Kempinski Hotel — a luxury destination in the heart of Beirut. MEMO was proud to be selected as the MEP contractor for this prestigious project, bringing a full suite of advanced systems to one of Lebanon’s most exclusive hospitality experiences.

With a contract value of USD 2 million, this project required high-end mechanical, electrical, and plumbing solutions, tailored to meet the expectations of VIP guests and the operational standards of a five-star facility.

Scope of Work & Systems InstalledMEMO was responsible for the full design and installation of all MEP systems, including:

• Chilled Water System for centralized cooling

• Plumbing and Sanitary Systems

• HVAC for indoor comfort and air quality

• Firefighting Systems for guest and staff safety

• Lighting & Power Systems for ambiance and functionality

• Low Current Systems including data, comms, and security

• Fire Alarm System

• BMS (Building Management System) for integrated smart control

Each system was selected and installed with the building’s luxurious standards in mind — ensuring seamless performance, guest comfort, and long-term efficiency.
