Raluca is a senior executive with a proven track record of success in various aspects of business, including startup ventures, strategic planning, restructuring, and rebranding. Her expertise also extends to brand management and corporate social responsibility, leading her to establish and lead multiple successful ventures. She also holds the position of President at the Council of Women in Energy and Environmental Leadership - Lebanon Chapter, and she is a member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). In addition to her wealth of experience, she holds a Master's in Environment and a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Renewable Energy and SDG Management, further enriching her skill set.

Founder and General Manager of MEMO SARL since 2002, Mazen Shbaro is a mechanical engineer who graduated from the American University of Beirut with an executive MBA from LAU! With a wide experience in MEP works and energy management, Mazen completed multiple projects in this field across Lebanon and the MENA region. He is a Certified Corporate Director and Certified Energy Auditor since February 2021, Certified Measurement and Verification Professional since May 2019, Certified Mediator, and a Class A arbitrator. He is currently a partner and manager of several companies in Lebanon and Africa.
